Hiding Profile

There may be times, like when you start a new relationship, that you'll want to remove your profile from being visible to other members. If your profile is hidden, it will not be displayed in search result

Since this reduces your chances of finding a match, we recommend only hiding your profile when you are taking a break or have met someone you are interested in.

You have the ability to hide your profile from view at any time, for any reason.

To hide your profile from the discover stack, complete the following steps:

  1. From the discover page, tap on your profile icon located on the top right of your screen
  2. Under your profile photo, tap on the gear icon to access your settings
  3. Scroll down and locate "Show me on Upward" tap to turn the toggle to the left to hide your profile
  4. Tap on Done located at the top right of the screen to save your changes

You can turn this back on at any time to be shown in the discover stack again.
